Role & Responsibilities

Lead one of our agile tech teams

Coach, mentor and develop team members

Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and be responsible for deliverables

Possess soft skills that enable you to work effectively in this role

Take system architecture decisions, guide core technical decisions and establish standards for your team

Collaborate with the product team to ensure implementation of products

Perform full lifecycle software development

Take ownership and accountability beyond individual and team deliverables

Design, code, document and test software using accepted languages and frameworks

Skills And Experience

• A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience and 1+ years of experience as a team leader with professional written and verbal communication in English.
• Demonstrated track record in building efficient and scalable architectural solutions.
• Strong expertise with Javascript, ECMAScript and Typescript.
• Strong expertise with backend technologies Node.js runtime and frontend technologies React library.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX concepts.
• Experience in REST, GraphQL and third-party API integrations.
