The company's engineers, designers, project managers, sales people, and other members work together to listen to and understand the business issues of customers and create products and solutions that solve them.

The company is developing new services (iOS/Android applications and web services) with a large number of engineers pursuing the "latest technology".

Their strengths lie in both planning and technology, and they are responsible for everything from planning to development of creative projects that make full use of O2O technology, recommendation technology based on machine learning, and real-time video distribution technology.

As a Tech Lead candidate, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle development phase of planning and development of web services and applications, mainly in terms of architecture, under the supervision of the Tech Lead, with an awareness of development quality and efficiency. In addition, you will eventually be asked to lead projects from a technical perspective with a wide range of discretion, including collaboration with overseas development teams, code reviews and technology selection.

・Experience developing in one of the following languages: Java/PHP/Ruby/Golang

・Development skills using one of the following frameworks: Node.js/Laravel/Ruby on rails/Spring boot

・Experience in DB/API design

・Experience participating in a development project on one of the cloud platforms

・Coding skills with consideration for performance

・Research and catch-up skills for new technologies

・Japanese: Business Level or Native Level (Japanese/English online class support available)

【Preferred】

・Experience and knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML5, etc.
