    Job Description :

oin The Content Engine as a Front-End Developer

    Background

Founded in 2019 by the team that created the World Economic Forum’s digital powerhouse, The Content Engine is the world’s most advanced content agency, combining technology and art for effective communication.

We give organisations access to the technologies, processes and editorial talent to scale the work of their communications team and own the conversations in their digital space.

Why work with The Content Engine?

The Content Engine platform manages the process of content production through to distribution on social media. The Engine uses engagement data and modelling to help guide decision making all the way along this publishing cycle. It allows teams to produce content more efficiently and that is more effective.

This is your way into a fast growing digital agency with a fantastic client base, where you can mould your role and advance quickly as the organisation grows. We offer a competitive salary, including bonuses and profit share, and flexible working conditions.

The Content Engine is looking to build a diverse team. We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, social background, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation and national origin. We hire the best people from a wide variety of backgrounds because we know we need to in order to thrive as a strong, resilient and dynamic organisation.

This role is able to start immediately. We will process applications as they are received and close the application process once the job is filled.

    The Role

The Content Engine is looking for a talented Front-End Developer with UI/UX design skills to join our team and help us build the next generation interface to our platform.

As the lead front-end developer, you will play a central role in improving and developing our core product. You will work with our developers and design teams to deliver an effective and attractive UI and UX for the platform.

We are looking for someone who combines the art of design with the art of programming. We want the Content Engine platform to be fast to use with a modern user-centred approach. The platform should feel intuitive and be simple and effective for our users.

You will be responsible for developing and translating designs and new features into front-end code. Your role will bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

This is a brand new role, reporting directly to the CTO, and you will be working closely with our design and development teams.
