Job Description :

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the sizing of backlog items
• Translating user stories into effective and efficiently running code
• Creating modern, user centric interfaces that exemplify RPS’ vision and values
• Ensuring all code is produced to required standard aligned with our associated development services and solutions
• Continuously testing your code to ensure it is bug free and meets the acceptance criteria
• Ensuring non-functional requirements including security considerations are met

Who We’re Looking For

You will enjoy working collaboratively with a globally dispersed team to achieve performance targets. You’ll be experienced in using Agile methodologies and be comfortable working to deadlines. We expect you will have a Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science and/or Software Development. React and/or Azure certifications are desirable

Your career experience to date will have given you a good range of skills in the following Development areas:

• Front End development using Angular (10.0), HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience of consuming secure API web services (JSON)
• Experience in working with UX/UI design teams and translating their design work into code
• C# and the .NET Framework
• Development Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Use of CI/CD methodologies and implementation
• Experience in Test Driven Development and recognised testing tools.
• Source control using Azure DevOps and/or GIT
• Use of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• The use and management of development teams using Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Developing in Agile certification desirable
