Identify and recommend opportunities for developing product functional and technical strategies for the domains, as well as the development of actionable short and long-term product roadmaps, by partnering with business product managers, lead systems architects, and more experienced engineers
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding strategic products of engineering teams to meet business objectives
Oversee engineering teams to deliver commitments aligned to strategic product priorities

Required Qualifications, US:
12+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Leadership experience

Technology manager for Enterprise content management - Esignature, Imaging workflow, Archiving and middleware applications.
Overall 12+ experience in IT industry in the areas of Design, Development and Core software engineering roles.
Manage a one or 2 features teams of developers/engineers working on Esign, Imaging workflow and middleware applications.
Is accountable for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage multi-release multi-complexity projects from EGS locations.
Lead design, development and other phases of SDLC for all projects in the assigned modules of ECM applications.
Partner with US managers, leads and Architects to ensure quality work is brought and delivered from India team.
Increase the ownership, accountability and engineering contribution from India team.
Relationship Management understand the business goals and priorities of the respective technology areas in WF and partner the US Managers to deliver the same.
Establishment of service performance measures tied to business and technology outcomes Align operating processes with respective technology areas of WF.
