Provide Tier 1 7X24 emergency on-call support and trouble shooting service for the Company's customer
Customer system being supported include both telecom and enterprise solutions running on various operation system including Cloud, VM, Linux, MS Windows systems and vendor/proprietary platform etc.. The task mainly includes to support and resolve customer network incident/complaint/issue.
Assist implementation/Engineering team in the installation, testing and maintenance for new project/service rollout. Create and update documentation for project needs.
Provide internal IT Support
The candidate we are looking for
High Diploma holder or above
2 years hands-on experience in administration and operation support for Cloud Platform, VM, Linux and MS Windows systems. Fresh graduates with less experience, knowledge and skills are welcome to join under our Trainee program
Willing to learn and pick up knowledge in Telecom system/solution and VoIP system
Fluent in Cantonese, Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Good in spoken and written English to communicate with overseas vendors
Systematic training on the above areas will be given to the right candidates
