Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• AWS DevOps Engineer, responsible for the development of the AWS modules for our CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service).
• Responsible for supporting the system lifecycle & roadmap for the AWS modules for Digital Contact Centre.
• Drive adoption of Agile Scrum and DevOps framework.
• Has good quality control of development and deployment – good coding policies and frameworks, release management discipline and reusability.
• Collaborate with other L3 teams in downstream and upstream platforms for integration works.
• Identify and drive areas of improvement e.g pro-active monitoring of System Health of the application.
• Review and resolve any operational system bottlenecks.
• Ensuring platform security through best use in class cloud security solutions by working closely with Security Team.

Job Description

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT-related qualifications.
• 2 – 4 years total work experience, with minimum 2 years in AWS cloud native development experience.
• Experienced in using broad range of AWS services to develop and maintain AWS based cloud solution & infrastructure, with an emphasis on best practice cloud security.
• Experience developing code in at least one high-level programming language, preferably GoLang.
• Being an AWS Certified Developer and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer is an added advantage.
• Experienced in system process flow, SDLC, design + documentation, Agile-Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong acumen in DevOps automation programming languages/scripting.
• Have knowledge on security implementation in DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve AWS infrastructure production incidents is an added advantage.
• Familiar with various technologies, including but not limited to Redis, Elasticsearch, Rabbitmq, Kubernetes, Docker, Kibana and Terraform.
• Good understanding of hardware infrastructure systems (network switches, firewalls, routers, etc) and Linux operating system.
