• Responsible for managing the end-to-end software development and support for a Digital Banking squad. This could be for projects, quarterly change requests, and L3 production fixes and includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support
• Responsible for quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools
• Partner closely with the Digital Banking leads to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
• Supporting development team on pipeline jobs and tools configuration
• Troubleshooting server or tool issues
• Identifying ways to improve development pipeline with automation
• Work closely with developers and tech leads to set up required CI/CD tools as per specifications
• Ensuring proper access control and governance of CI/CD pipeline jobs
• Contribute to improvement initiatives relating to methods, tools, people, architecture, project management and governance
• Provide insight, measurement, accountability and a positive working environment
Skills Must have
• Experience with Devops Tools (JIRA, Confluence, GIT, BitBucket, Jenkins)
• At least 5 years' experience in software development, preferably in digital banking
• Experience working on delivery pipelines and in DevOps and CI/CD context
• Understanding of release management process
• Familiar with Agile practices
• Familiar with DevSecOps
