What Will Your Job Look Like?

• Product development program from the requirements stage, through the development stages, verification and validation, transfer to production and assimilation in the field with the customers
• Matrix management of all partners while creating and managing schedules, determining and developing the technologies in the product, managing the relationship with internal and external parties for compliance with the development plans

The position is a strategic key position in the company as a member of the R&D staff

Qualifications

• Engineering education in the field of Mechanics / Electrical engineering and Electronics
• Solid Project management background, At least 5 years, as well as proven capabilities in the areas of planning, defining and managing the full R&D project management lifecycle.
• Experience in managing development programs of multidisciplinary products combining mechanics, hardware and software - advantage
• Experience as a System Engineer - advantage
• Proficiency in project management methods and tools – advantage
• Energetic, Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly, collaborate effectively and execute quickly in a stressful fast-paced environment
