Be part of a multinational insurance company headquartered in Sydney!

• 5+ years Smart COMM experience depending on role being fulfilled

• Sound knowledge specifically of Smart Comm Suites of Products from a development and support perspective

• Ideal candidate should have a good CCM development background with strong interpersonal/communication skills.

• Smart Comm code deployment process

• Hands on experience with template authoring, recognizing common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity

• Efficient with preparation of the XML data schemas and their mapping to business data objects

• Oracle, DB2

• Control-M job schedules

Good to have:

• Insurance industry experience preferred

• Document composition background or interest

• Knowledge on Service Now, JIRA and Confluence, etc
