MISSIONS

You join the tech team composed of 6 fullstack engineers including 3 seniors and 3 confirmed profiles.

Design code, develop and test new features in collaboration with business teams

Optimize existing product features to meet customer demands

Improve the performance of the dispatch algorithm

Propose and implement technical and organizational improvements within the developer team

Mentor other developers on your areas of expertise

PROFILE SOUGHT

You have at least 4 years of experience in full stack web development

You have experience in web language: ideally Python (Django) and JS (React and Node)

You have already worked on scaling issues

You have developed an appetite around issues related to performance or data

You show adaptability and are a force of proposal

You are autonomous, solution-oriented, with a high product sensitivity, a concern for code quality

You enjoy sharing your knowledge with your peers

You have a good level of English (spoken and written)
