    Job Description :

    This role is someone who works with customer-facing teams to prepare and maintain, solution-oriented demos. They are technical, knowledgeable of the product and domain, and works across the organization to ensure the tools the field needs to demo are available, functional, and effective. This includes providing stable infrastructure and systems with the products, solid configuration within each, and a support mechanism in case something goes wrong.
     


     

    This role is also in charge of maintaining the software installed on each system, keeping them up-to-date for security reasons, but also to ensure they are still relevant to the current sales motions. Part of the job is to work with IT and CyberSecurity to keep all of the systems used in accordance to corporate policy and breaking security practices.
     


     

    About the role:
     

    • You will be responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining demo infrastructure to increase demo agility and reduce the prep time between demos.
       

    • You will be responsible for maintaining all current and future demo target systems including patching, configuring, and monitoring various SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, On-Prem Business Suites, Directories, DBs, etc
       

    • You will be the first point of escalation during the sales demo cycle and will be responsible for troubleshooting all products within SailPoint’s portfolio.
       

    • You will play a part in scoping, customizing, and delivering solution-oriented demos during the POC phase.
       

    • You will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot tools and scripts in our GitHub repo to increase efficiency.
       

    You will be working closely with engineering to keep current with enhancements to core products and will be responsible for implementing and documenting new features within our demo environments.
     


     


     

    About you:
     

    • 5+ years industry experience (System Administration, Support, Cloud Administration, etc)
       

    • 1+ years identity governance and management systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, SailPoint) Strong knowledge of enterprise software/architecture
       

    • Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills
       

    • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, Grafana, Pingdom, CloudWatch) Experience with native cloud tools and integrations between multiple SaaS platforms: Serverless Architecture, Containerization, Microservice, Architecture or Orchestration (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
       

    • Experienced in system integration between SaaS, IaaS, and on-premises systems.
       

    • Experience working with APIs (REST, JSON/HTTP)
       

    • Experience working with AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, ECS, Step functions, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, and Cost Explorer)
       

    • Experience with directories (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD)
       

    • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SAP HANA)
       

    • Experience working with Unix/Linux systems
       

    • Experience with troubleshooting SAML errors
       

    • Experience with Git
       

    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CloudBees)
       

    • Experience with at least one of the following programming/scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby or Go
       

    • Experience with RBAC/ABAC ideas
       

    Extremely proficient at working with customer and prospects while guiding them in best practices.
