Job Description

Your role will be focused on the proactive and responsible execution of complex project activities, on the coordination of part of the project team and on the support to the Manager in the management of the client.

Acting with autonomy and authority within multifunctional teams, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and that of the team in which you will be inserted, positively influencing customers and your interlocutors through a clear, empathetic and impactful communication style. You will have the responsibility to share your experience and knowledge with younger colleagues and to be a point of reference for them in the realization of our ambition.

For full coverage of your role, you will specifically need to be able to:

Take responsibility for the results of your workstream, ensuring full alignment with project objectives and quality standards

Lead the collection and management of the data necessary for the formulation of hypotheses and proposals, using a structured approach to problem solving

Incorporate financial information into the formulation and evaluation of policy options

Show professional maturity in complex and delicate situations, acting as a model for junior colleagues

Collaborate effectively through the Network, in order to be able to provide global solutions

Integrate customer proposals with solutions based on the use of analytics and new technologies, in collaboration with fellow subject matter experts

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

2-4 years of experience gained preferably in consulting companies

Master's degree in STEM subjects

Excellent academic path

Use of data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, ...) in conducting workshops and user prototypes

Good knowledge of the specifications and architectures of data visualization tools with different specificities (Tabular/DAX, Set Analysis/Associative Engine,...)

Participation as a team member/team leader in drawing projects and the creation of reports and dashboards with attention to performance requirements

Strong propensity/interest in Analytics including data preparation and data management phases

The following shall constitute a preferential title:

Familiarity with databases, techniques, and modeling principles

Knowledge of Big Data Principles

Knowledge of the main Cloud platforms and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, ...)

Complete the profile:

Excellent knowledge of English

Strong analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving

Strong motivation to the consulting industry

Organizational autonomy, resourcefulness and creativity

Propensity to work in a team

Excellent communication and relational skills

Flexibility, willingness to travel
