Job Description :

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models to address business issues and opportunities
• Implement analytical models into production systems working alongside ML engineers and other stakeholders
• Communicate findings from analytical modeling results to relevant stakeholders to improve decision making and drive business performance
• Develop in depth understanding of the business and be able to advise the business on the right analytics approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
• 2-5 years of working experience in data scientist roles
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
• Strong mathematical and programming foundation
• Experienced in processing and manipulating massive datasets with Python/Spark/SQL/R
• Experienced with Databricks and MLFlow is a plus
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive business outcomes
