Job Description :

The candidate will be included in the Product Development and Business Model Department in the Monitoring and Performance Analysis structure, which aims to carry out a critical analysis of the quantitative data relating to the asset management products distributed by the Banking Group and to the Customers' portfolios, in order to support the Management in defining the offer strategies.

Activity:

Monitoring and analysis of the performance of asset management products;

Analysis of the characteristics of the portfolios of Clients and Family Bankers and their financial behavior in order to develop effective and useful tools to strengthen portfolio performance;

Construction of KPIs related to monitoring activities;

Construction of statistical models also with the use of Machine Learning;

Monitoring of the quality of data entered in the Databases;

Construction of business dashboards at the end of the monitoring of the analyzed variables.

Skills profile

Requirements:

STEM degree or related subjects with predisposition to numerical and quantitative analysis;

Experience of at least 3 years in similar roles;

Knowledge of financial markets and asset management;

Advanced use of COMPUTER tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of the info-provider Bloomberg and/or Thomson Reuters Eikon/Datastream and/or Morningstar Direct is considered a preferential requirement;

Using PowerBI for Construction

dashboards and corporate dashboards;

Knowledge of SQL, Python and/or R;

Good knowledge of English;

A strong propensity for teamwork, spirit of initiative, flexibility, result orientation, work for objectives and compliance with deadlines is required
