We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Data Analyst - Performance and Fraud to join our fun, professional and dedicated Operations Department based here in Hong Kong. Operations Department aims to bring in passionate individuals with strong entrepreneurial mindsets while managing a diverse workforce to ensure peak-efficient and cost effective day-to-day operations . Roles And Responsibilities

• Identify and solve problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large and complex sets of data
• Design, build and maintain state-of-the art reports on tableau to empower the team to make optimal business decisions
• Conduct test and experiments to validate hypotheses and to measure effectiveness of proposed improvements
• Discuss potential fraud issues within the local markets, and enhance fraud detection rules to reduce fraud losses
• Responsible for data fetching and SQL querying upon request
• Working closely with the Regional Operations and Risk Management teams for maximum cooperation and knowledge-sharing

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics or any other relevant field of studies
• Preferably having 2+ years of work experience in high growth start-ups, tech companies, consulting, or business intelligence
• Experience in data mining/analysis/reporting and enjoys working with large and complex sets of data
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Tableau and SQL is a MUST
• Knowledge of Google data studio and Python is a plus
• Team player and could fit into the company culture
• Possess a strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Proactive and could lead projects independently
