    Job Description :

    Revenue Management is an essential section in airline and is responsible for maximizing revenue by analyse large amount of data. Based on your skills and experience, you will be assigned to one of our team and work as route controller or BI developer. Your will play a key part in transforming Hong Kong Airlines into more digital and sustainable business.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Route Control:

    1. Forecast demand and analyse performance on assigned route or POS.
    2. React to rapidly changing market, fare level and demand.
    3. Liaise with internal departments to improve sales performance.
    4. Determine and execute sales plan to achieve revenue target.
    5. Perform any ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

    Group Management:

    1. Monitor tour group fare and utilization rate.
    2. Review group related policy and issue memo or notice.
    3. Perform any ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

    Business Intelligence (For candidate with advanced skills and experience):

    1. Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards.
    2. Delivering the data in a useful and appealing way to support core business activities.
    3. Continuous improvement on data, reporting, visualization, and analysis projects.
    4. Conduct workshop or related training duties with other teams when assigned.

     

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
    • University graduate or equivalent is an advantage.
    • Experience in airline operation or reservation is an advantage.
    • Strong passion on Aviation Industry and willing to develop the career in aviation.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Able to work independently and as a good team player.
    • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables / Power Query), SQL, Tableau (or other analytics tools such as PowerBI).
    • Fresh graduate welcomed
