Job Description :

Individual to be involved in:

1. Assist in creating lesson curriculum and delivery format in the field FinTech, Medical and other industry.

2. Liaise with global instructors for lesson content generation and revision.

3. Integrate the E-learning platform and lesson contents which can make sure the smooth process of online lesson.

4. Record the platform users experience and course feedback from instructor and learner using tools such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).

5. Other ad-hoc activities which is necessary to smooth operations.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interest and/or experience in padagogy and education technology.

2. Excellent academic writing competency in English.

3. Ability to collaborate and engage instructors from different countries and culture.

4. Assist with collating information database for marketing purposes and demonstrate sensitivity in digital marketing

5. Assist with human resource function.

6.Self starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

7. Big data, AR/VR/MR, AI, Blockchain, Data Analytics knowledge is a plus.

8. Strong ability to understand, grasp and apply the novel knowledge fast such as Financial Technology.
