Job Description

· Install, reconfigure, new and existing servers and VMs, NAS/SAN/Cloud Storage

· Install & maintain applications, Active Directory, File Servers,

· Install remote and automated monitoring and management of servers & applications

· Perform daily system monitoring, upgrades and updates, patching, security monitoring, reviewing logs, check and verify completion of schedules tasks and backups

· Perform ongoing performance tuning of servers. Add, configure new CPUs, Memory, HDDs as and when required

· Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy Azure/O365/AWS applications, including data processing and advanced analytics

· Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for Cloud App and solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance

· Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures

· VDI implementation and support

· Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required

· Be part of the 7x24 support team to provide remote or onsite support on shift basis

· Manage, regular updates of in-house trouble ticketing system for customers

· Hands-on Project Management on a day-to-day basis

· Create, manage overall project plan and schedule, managing user requirements, costs, manpower allocation, 3rd party contractors, equipment lists

· Work with internal technical team, contractors, vendors, partners, customers, on daily or regular basis on project planning, coordination, execution, installation, test & commissioning, problems resolution, handover, documentation

· Objectives to achieve on-time delivery and commissioning with higher customer satisfaction and least overall costs

· Pre-sales technical consultant role and support

Requirements

· 1 to 5 years Cloud, Servers, Storage installation, implementation & support for IT systems of multiple disciplines

· Good technical implementation and configuration knowledge of one or a few of the following areas: Cloud, VM, VDI, Servers, Storage

· Degree or Diploma in IT or computer. Preference will be given to candidates with strong relevant vendors certifications like ALICLOUD, AWS, AZURE, DELL, HPI, HUAWEI CLOUD, LENOVO, NUTANIX, VEEAM, VMWARE etc

· Teambuilding skills with experience in managing multi-cultural environment

· Good communication, planning and execution & problem solving skills

· Analytical and organization skills
