Currently Ulven Tech is seeking a Chatbot Developer for one of our clients in the US. The role is 100% remote. As the role is remote, good wifi connectivity is required. Preferably prefer candidates from Asia but this is not a fixed requirement.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 0900hrs to 1800hrs. This is a contract role.

Requirements for the role are as follows;

• Overall experience of 5+ Years with at least 2 years of hands on experience in developing in chatbot projects preferably with at least 1 year in Kore.ai
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON
• Experience on ML, NLP and AI preferred
• Strong Javascript/Node JS Skills
• Candidates should have experience using Postman

Candidate should also have knowledge of end to end bot development skills which includes;

• Requirement Gathering and analysis
• Question Collection
• Create Ground Truth
• Dialog flow building process
• Training the bot, Test and Calibration
• User Acceptance Testing
• Beta release
• Incorporate beta feedback launch
• Post Production Support
