Role Overview

• Experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
• Familiarity with common stacks Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with databases, Application Servers and UI/UX design
• Superb communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate business use cases into good taxonomy design
• Demonstrable skills in understanding importance of data design
• Strong knowledge of support & services space
• Strong knowledge of knowledge base management within Digital support space.
• Passionate about mobile app usability with great instincts for improving customer support experience
• Strong organizational proficiency and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including preparation and delivery of presentations, workshop design and facilitation
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
• Demonstrate the ability to independently handle projects and communicate clearly with partner team
• Ability to express ideas clearly, expertly, and diplomatically

Skills & Expertise

You have experience working with the following methodologies / technologies:

• 3 to 5+ years of developer experience specific experience building mobile applications
• A deep knowledge in developing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and experience in designing mobile architectures for a scalable and robust app.
• Deep understanding of UI components that can be used and accessed across the whole mobile app.
• Very good understanding of source code management for cross platform development using industry best practices for frontend and mobile applications.
• Understanding in creating applications with RESTful API
• A product development mindset with skills on design thinking to get the features to be developed and tested for the product for the different personas identified as the target customer segment.
• Good skills to put together a prototype to evolve the feature from a concept to realization.
