The Role

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Using modern languages to scale up the web platform in order to improve efficiency and keep up with the growing user base.
• Modeling of business processes for retailers
• Building a search engine using Elasticsearch
• Scrum style product development

Your Skills

• Relevant experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in English and Japanese
• Hands on coding experience with Python, Ruby on Rails, C#, Java, Golang or PHP
• Team player, flexible, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure, including managing simultaneous deadlines and prioritizing multiple projects
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure or Open Source
