Job Description :

We are a software development company, aka software house which provides customized services to clients from different industries. You will be exposed to different programming languages and frameworks whereby will benefit your career development. We are hiring a few Junior/ Senior level Backend Developer positions.

*Seniors will be given a chance in guiding juniors to develop leadership.*

You will play an important role to:

- Designing, developing, debugging and supporting web applications and their infrastructure.

- Producing materials to support technical documentations, including code documentations.

- Creating technical design documents from business and technical requirements, and describing levels of effort involved.

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use and Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the application and database to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

- Setup and maintain server for development and production environment.

- Active involvement in all phases of the development.

- Automate and streamline existing processes, procedures, and toolsets.

- Rapidly address issues and fix defects discovered during deployment.

- System integration with third-party services.

- Provides technical support if there is any critical issue.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- A minimum of Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or relevant field.

- Experience in PHP and its framework (Laravel), code versioning tools (GIT), MVC Framework, etc.

- Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, Python, Nodejs, and operating systems may be required.

- Experience in MySQL and database designing.

- Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.

- Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.

- Excellent project and time management skills.

- Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently or with a group.

Salary Range: RM 4,000 - RM 8,000
