The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop, maintain and support technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components
• Configure, debug and support multiple infrastructure platforms Perform installation, maintenance and support of system software/hardware and user support
• Perform high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures
• Provide all technical documentation, manuals and IT policies related to infrastructure and server
• Monitor healthiness of servers and infrastructure components

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or other IT related area
• 2 year of experience or above in IT Infrastructure support is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• In-depth technical knowledge of various network elements, servers, and platform operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux, Cisco products, firewall, VPN, etc.
• Experience with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V
• Certification in infrastructure technology will be an advantage Able to work in fast paced environment
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
