KrossLinker is a Singapore based deep-technology advanced material startup, focusing on energy efficiency through development of an advanced super-insulation material, aerogel, for challenging insulation application. Krosslinker is backed by top global VC firms, Singapore government and several industry leaders.

Our proprietary fabrication technology makes this advanced material affordable and accessible for several verticals including cold-chain bio-pharmaceutical packaging, electric vehicle, construction, textile and industrial insulation. For the first time, we are bringing the aerogel technology to the cold-chain industry with aerogel based passive shippers.

As a core member to join our team, you will bridge the technical team and business team, be an expert in the company's products and applications across end-markets, design and develop new products using the Krosslinker's aerogel technology and play a pivotal role in achieving product-market fit.

What You’ll Do At Krosslinker

• Design, develop, optimise and qualify thermal packaging solutions
• Manage and lead package trial runs with customers and project start-ups
• Maintain expert knowledge on the industry trends and understand the difference in the company’s products vs. competitor’s offerings and provide expert advice on the advantages of the company’s products in specific applications
• Work closely with partners and customers to understand their requirements and challenges and support their application development activities including validation trials and technical support.
• Work closely with the business development team to uncover and qualify new opportunities, analyse the technical viability and strategize the opportunity
• Create marketing content and technical data sheets and specifications for packaging products and solutions
• Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users

Who You Are

• Have Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering preferably material science, chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Have 1 to 3 years domain experience in working with cold-chain packaging, simulation design software such as SmartCae, coolants including phase change material and familiar with shipping lane qualification for shipping temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products and knowledge of industry relevant standards
• Have business development experience and/or customer engagements in the above
• Analytic and creative thinker, innovative, proactive with a willingness to learn and optimistic
• Ambitious, confident, curious and decisive amidst ambiguity and uncertainty
• Enjoy the energy, impact, steep learning curves and fast pace of startups

Fresh graduates may also be considered for this position. This is a full-time job located in Singapore. You must be interested in a commitment of at least two years with a desire to continue and contribute to the company’s future.
