Your new role
Perform application systems support and maintenance, including routine job processes, system integration and UAT testing, system administrations and configurations
program coding for self-developed applications
Support and troubleshot the technical issues and incidents of application systems
ensure the incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner to minimize impacts to business operations
Prepare and maintain technical documents and operation manuals for support service details and troubleshooting steps
Work with project teams and external vendors to support project implementation and application enhancements delivery
Assist to standardise application support workflows and problem resolution processes in accordance with ITSM defined processes
Perform application systems upgrade and regular maintenance at non-office hour and/or weekends when necessary
What you'll need to succeed
University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in IT application development and maintenance
Hands-on experience in cloud-based Web/Mobile application development and maintenance is an advantage
Hands-on experience in .NET programming languages / Framework (including C#, VB, ASP .NET and Struts) and Java.
Good knowledge with MS Visual Studio, IIS, Azure, Power Platform, Apache and SQL would be an advantage
Good interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Self-motivated, mission-oriented, and be able to work independently
