Job Description :

The organizational excellence department in the service and operation division needs an organizational excellence project manager.

As part of the job:

• Management and leadership of cross-company strategic projects of organizational excellence
• Mapping and analyzing work processes, analyzing data and identifying gaps
• Defining required changes in work processes and supporting information systems
• Accompanying, supporting and consulting in the implementation of process changes
• Promotion of automation and digitization
• Driving internal organizational interfaces and working with managers in the various divisions

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management - mandatory
• Up to two years of experience in managing OSH projects - mandatory
• Experience in managing cross-organizational projects - a significant advantage
• Technological and digital orientation
• Assertiveness, analytical ability, high level of expression in writing and on paper
