About us

Wallter is a top leading fintech EMI (Electronic money institution) serving B2B clients and with offices in Lithuania, Romania, and Israel.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team in the Israeli office in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Wallter’s product leader, building, managing, and executing a product direction, in partnership with the Engineering team and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive a clear direction to the products and our platform, based on a deep and thorough understanding of the market and customers’ needs.
• Identify and represent market and technology trends in addition to the customer’s voice, while defining the roadmap and product scope
• Own the product life cycle. Lead, manage and develop the Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s), including building detailed PRDs
• Collect and analyze requirements and ensure delivery of end-to-end high-quality product requirements.
• Write clear and detailed MRD’s, PRD’s, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, defining AB test and user stories, and prioritize the backlog.
• Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features.
• Analyse the success of the feature once it's released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results.
• Work cohesively across the company with global teams of R&D, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and sales, to ensure solutions meet the defined business objectives.
• Meet with customers to identify their needs and pain points

Requirements:

• At least +3 years of product roles in B2B/SaaS companies.
• At least 2 years working for a start-up in product roles
• Prior experience in the financial markets arena (payments, capital markets, etc.)
• Significant experience in productizing complex, multi-disciplinary products
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• A deep understanding of the lean and agile mindset
• Excellent English
• Experience working with global teams in a remote environment
• Technical background and understanding are a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
• Great communicator & interpersonal skills, with a “can do” approach

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience operating within and/or leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with the full lifecycle of product management, including product vision and roadmaps, writing exceptional product requirements documents, and shipping high-visibility and complex products with high impact.
• Product management experience in digital and omnichannel experiences
• Product management experience in large-scale projects and core systems.
• Experience leading global and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent complex business or technical concepts.
• Excellent creative skills with an ability to articulate the story, shape the strategy and define the roadmap in inventive ways.
