About This Opportunity…

As iTero business is growing fast; we are looking for an experienced project manager to establish the right infrastructure to support our excellent performance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring global projects as a part of the business operations division, iTero and will be part of the portfolio management & execution group. You will be required to lead end-to-end projects, manage resource allocation and portfolio synchronization, working with multiply internal channels, monitoring execution timelines and Key Performance Indicators reports, set goals and track them on a constant basis.

In this role, you will…

• Manage cross-functional Resources planning for all Business Operations projects and act as a focal point for other iTero units on resources alignment.
• Coordinate Business Operations roadmap planning and control.
• Conduct constant monitoring of projects’ execution, risks, milestones, and timeline.
• Assist to Dir. Program Management with Portfolio Management, resource allocation management and instant methodologies’ & processes’ improvement
• Collaborate with program and project managers across iTero to verify clear and aligned roadmap between all units, mainly: Portfolio, R&D, Business Operations units and services.
• Conduct periodic reporting to management on projects status, progress and issues.
• Be responsible for “raising flags” and reporting on potential risks in projects in a timely manner, considering business implications.
• Conduct projects’ prioritization within Business Operations and be part of iTero’s overall prioritization process.
• Act as the sole focal point of Business Operations division, lead end-to-end global projects with high exposure and very high effect on our business.
• Align projects with business goals, develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, monitor resources, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience.
• Collaborate with all relevant departments - manufacturing, QA/RA, IT, service, Customer success, Support, S&OP and others.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Participate in performance reviews, presenting procedures and status to management.
• Leading improvement processes for the business operations division and with collaborative departments to ensure high performance according to targets.
