Strategic Planning and Partnerships

• Support EPMO Director & Strategic Affairs team to identify potential opportunities in new markets
• Support EPMO Director & Strategic Affairs team with identifying, developing, and maintaining key strategic partnerships within the UAE as well as undertaking any ad-hoc projects as they arise.
• Lead innovation and change in areas of responsibility.
• Implement strategies to deliver growth and sustainability.

Leadership

• Take a leadership role in the F1 operations subcommittee and other working groups or forums that are established to contribute to successful and seamless major event operations.
• Oversee the operational planning, testing, operational readiness, and event-time operations of the F1 and any other major events.
• Model and foster a culture of accountability across a complex and multi-dimensional environment.
• Develop and apply performance measures across areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate and build constructive and effective relationships with relevant stakeholders.
