We are looking for diligent and tech-savvy candidates to join our Management Office, which acts as CTO office, in IT Infrastructure Management Directorate at Turkish Economy Bank (TEB). The role will carry out the following responsibilities.
Job Description
Project management:
Manage and oversee transversal, major IT infrastructure governance projects that contain significant risk and cross-functional involvement
Monitor the overall trajectory of IT infrastructure projects in Kanban methodology (i.e., alignment of deliverables with acceptance criteria, tracking project flows, raising risk concerns once they occur)
Governance & process management:
Responsible for process improvement initiatives based on frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL and BRSA Regulations and track roadmaps/projects for mitigating risks that are revealed by internal and external audits
Define KPIs that can be utilized as performance measurement of IT infrastructure teams and individuals, and advert process improvement areas based on performance indicators
Prepare and coordinate monthly/bi-monthly/bi-annual IT infrastructure committees, and follow through the actions that are concluded in those committees
Technology strategy management:
Track technology trends, advancements and industry best practices to shape and periodically review IT infrastructure strategy
Oversee key targets that are expected in strategic initiatives throughout the execution phase of the defined strategy
Communications management:
Act as a single point of contact for all communications with other domains across the organization and with BNPP counterparts.
Brief the Business Units regularly or in an ad-hoc manner to elucidate the impact and business inference of IT Infrastructure operations (e.g., change plans, outages, rollouts
Qualifications
BSc or MSc degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT-related engineering degrees
Strong understanding and interest in IT operations and related frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL and BRSA Regulation)
CISA, CSIM, ITIL, CISSP, PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or similar certifications are considered as plus
Min 2 – Max 8 years of related work experience (e.g., IT assurance, governance, project, or process management)
Great communication skills in both Turkish and English
Great time management (i.e., ability to adhere strict deadlines) and project management skills
