To support the management of Public Transportation Violations (PTV) projects in order to ensure effective execution and ongoing growth of Tahakom within set project timeline, budget and plan.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct relevant research on best practices to support the development of project management methodologies and tools
Support the development of project objectives, schedule, charter, budget, milestones, deliverables and scope of work for ease of monitoring
Develop plan for assigned project work stream/module taking into consideration interdependencies that could impact project timeline
Participate in project kick off meetings upon project commencement, in addition to regular meetings with project stakeholders for progress updates
Support PTV Project Manager in following up on project execution ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and budget
Follow-up on assigned work stream/module execution ensuring adherence to developed plan
Coordinate with project team and vendors to facilitate day to day activities and raise issues to PTV Project Manager when needed
Receive change order requests and variation orders and prepare needed documents prior to raising to PTV Project Manager for decision-making purposes
Contribute to the analysis of project risks and the development of risk mitigation plans to ensure proactive resolution of any bottlenecks or challenges
Provide support in evaluating performance of vendors and project teams across different locations and project streams
Gather and summarize information on project activities and draft periodical progress reports including work progress, budget expenditure and issues according to reporting guidelines to keep management informed of progress and suggest suitable action plans
Conduct project closure activities, issue certificate of completion, participate in the development of lessons learned and promote best practices.
