EXPERIENCE - 5-7 YEARS
Strong Hands-on experience in implementation and Support experience in SAP HCM – OM, PA, Time Management and Payroll modules / Travel & PMS in ECC6.0 and S/4HANA versions - especially in Migration Projects is a must ( Should be able to articualte clearly the functionalty difference between SAP ECC and S4 HANA)
Excellent hands on experience in India Statutory legislation incluidng Income Tax configuration
Strong Hands-on experience on Payroll related configuration of Enterprise structure, Personal Structure, Payroll Area, pay structure, Wage type characteristics, Time related wage types, various Payroll schemas, Payroll related Features, writing PCR etc
Strong Hands-on experience in Integration points with FICO & Third Party Software Integrations
Strong Hands-on experience in Relevant Masters Creation, Masterdata Management & Organization Structure
Should have an excellent exposure to ASAP & Activate Methodology phases and deliverables
Excellent knowledge on India Public Sector HR Processes in the area of Payroll & Time / Travel & PMS
Should be able to analyse, design and implement best practices and client business processes
Extended knowledge and experience on WRICEF (W orkflows, R eports, I nterface, C onversion, E nhancements, and F orms)and Could be able to work with HR - ABAP Team on the Business Customizations
Good Understanding on LSMW/ LTMC / SAP Queries & Solution Manager
Good understanding of SAP Fiori apps
Minimum ABAP debugging skills
Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills
Should have good attitude and learning desire
Should have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides
Good Client Management & Handling first level escalation skills is a must
Should be ready to relocate to any location in India or outside India
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have team building and collaborative working skills
