Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.
• Manage internal communication with respective teams and coordinate with them to meet deadlines
• Study competitors and identify new trends in the market and share them with the team
• Undertake social listening and ensure that messages are answered
• Assist in content strategizing, creation and social media calendar
• Creating monthly reports to understand the growth and development of the brand on social media
• Maintaining a good relationship with the influencers/content creators and generating content with their help
• Help in internal marketing and providing the essential material required to the clinic staff
• Managing & coordinating in conjunction with an agency for ad campaigns on Google, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Prepare and collate weekly and month reports for paid campaign, google analytics
• Coordinate and update content on websites.
