Roles and responsibilities:

- Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over the phone.

- Providing customers with relevant product and service information.

- Cross selling various banking products to customers over the phone.

Eligibility criteria:

Education – Graduation mandatory.

Fresher / Experience both can apply.

Good Communication skills.

Location – East/North Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida.

Salary – 2.16LPA – 2.64LPA + Incentives (Up to 50k per month).
