    About the Opportunity

    The Risk Management and Compliance team are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who can help maintain and improve the overall quality of the Bank’s risk management framework.

     

    Your responsibilities include working with Operational Risk & Compliance team to:

    • Maintain the Bank’s Risk & Control Assurance Program
    • Complete Business Unit and process reviews
    • Assist with management of the Bank’s AML/ CTF Program
    • Administer the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Platform including investigative analysis, workflows and reporting
    • Deliver Management, Group and regulatory reporting
    • Assist with oversight of the Bank’s Governance and Regulatory Compliance program
    • Assist with the provision of effective and timely Compliance advice to all lines of business as required
    • Contribute to the articulation, awareness and promotion of a strong, positive risk culture across the Bank

     

    About you

    You will be a highly motivated individual with the following attributes:

    • Tertiary qualifications in a financial discipline
    • Minimum of 2 years Banking services experience
    • Some exposure to Operational Risk, AML/CTF and/or Fraud Risk Frameworks applying to a Banking environment
    • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, investigative and time management skills
    • Effective written, report presentation and verbal communication skills
    • A desire to drive continuous improvements in all aspects of the role; and
    • Willingness to be exposed to all areas of the Risk Management function
