The Risk Management and Compliance team are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who can help maintain and improve the overall quality of the Bank’s risk management framework.
Your responsibilities include working with Operational Risk & Compliance team to:
Maintain the Bank’s Risk & Control Assurance Program
Complete Business Unit and process reviews
Assist with management of the Bank’s AML/ CTF Program
Administer the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Platform including investigative analysis, workflows and reporting
Deliver Management, Group and regulatory reporting
Assist with oversight of the Bank’s Governance and Regulatory Compliance program
Assist with the provision of effective and timely Compliance advice to all lines of business as required
Contribute to the articulation, awareness and promotion of a strong, positive risk culture across the Bank
About you
You will be a highly motivated individual with the following attributes:
Tertiary qualifications in a financial discipline
Minimum of 2 years Banking services experience
Some exposure to Operational Risk, AML/CTF and/or Fraud Risk Frameworks applying to a Banking environment
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, investigative and time management skills
Effective written, report presentation and verbal communication skills
A desire to drive continuous improvements in all aspects of the role; and
Willingness to be exposed to all areas of the Risk Management function
