    The Investment Executive position will operate within the client teams specialising in media trading & implementation across a variety of Havas clients. The Investment Executive will report into the Group Investment Director of the team.

     

    The primary role will be to execute media campaigns from the planning stage, into the implementation and investment stage, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on all media campaigns. The Investment Executive will also assist the planning and wider trading team on implementation of media campaigns prior to them going live.

    This is a great role for an Investment Assistant with some experience in offline media buying looking to take their next step up.

     

    Day to day, your role will involve the following core responsibilities:

    • Trading/implementation delivery
    • Accurate campaign tracking & delivery
    • Delivery of post/competitive reports and analysis
    • Negotiating added value & bonus for clients
    • Strategic trading
    • Budget tracking on client campaigns
    • Learning Havas tools and systems
    • Support wider team with implementation development
    • Accurate invoicing

     

    You will ideally have experience in and knowledge of the following:

    • Minimum 1+ years media agency experience
    • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel (including use of formulas), PowerPoint, Office.
    • Offline media buying experience - particularly for TV
    • TV Map and/or other relevant TV planning tools
    • A team-focused approach that allows you to work harmoniously with multiple internal and external stakeholders
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Effective written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
    • A positive and proactive approach
