Lead annual roundtable discussions with business stakeholders to understand all proposed IC plan changes
Model all proposed IC plan changes and present financial impact analysis to the Senior Management Team at the individual plan and total bank level
Administer various Incentive Plans including: Commercial & Retail Banking, Mortgage, Cash Management, Popular Insurance, Private Banking etc.
Tactical Solutions - Automate plans that are currently administered in Excel
Strategic Solutions - In partnership with our Technology Management Division, develop strategic technology platforms for all IC plans the Finance & Strategic Planning team administers
Develop roadmap and timelines that depict both tactical and strategic solutions being pursued on a per plan basis
Management Reporting & Analytics
Develop ad-hoc analytics and reporting to help the business better understand and manage its costs, risks, capital usage, pricing, growth opportunities, etc.
Generate & propose key performance indicators
Track and report progress against business/sales strategy
Complete in-depth reviews as required
Ad Hoc / General Business analytics support
To Be Considered, You Will Need
Bachelor's degree required
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Adept presentation skills with an ability to target messaging to different audiences
Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely tight deadlines
Able to articulate complex issues and themes to stakeholders
Ability to connect the dots and make sense of information across multiple data points upstream/downstream that many not be easily noticeable
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
Confidence to interact directly with Senior Management Team members
