Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Mitigating the risk of potential loss through account management
Outbound phone calls to existing clients with flagged accounts
Inbox management to communicate with client portfolio
Building a client base to assess and negotiate applications for restructure
Establish positive rapport with clients and offer alternative options for mutual benefit
Resolve problems in a timely manner by developing alternative solutions
Liaise with the company's various internal teams
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a financial/ business graduate who is a citizen or permanent resident of Australia, looking to kick start their career in a reputable financial services organisation. You will have previous customer service experience that has built resilience and confidence in dealing with various customer types. You will have and empathetic nature and understand how to handle difficult situations and clients to best service their needs. Above all, you will have the ability to work autonomously once the training has been finalised and you will be available to work the hours that the office operates.
