About the company:
ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited is a general insurance company in India. It is engaged in general insurance, reinsurance, insurance claims management and investment management.
Qualification:
· Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
· Understanding about the call centre and thought process should be clear for working with a company.
· Candidate should have worked for the Call centre sales process.
· Candidates should have Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience of selling Health Insurance Policy.
The job involves –
1. Outbound calling and converting lead into sales.
2. Explaining the customers product features and benefits.
3. Ensuring all compliance and SLA during the calls.
4. Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, target.
Interview Process:
· There are a total of 3 Rounds of interview.
· 1 HR Round’s & 2 Operations Round.
· At present Interview will be held Virtually later on In-person.
Salary Details:
- CTC – 3.80LPA
Qualification - Graduation Mandatory.
Work Experience - Minimum 6 months.
Working Days - 5 days in a week.
Week off - 2 Days in a week.
Process - Voice Only.
Location – Delhi.
