Responsibilities:

- Researching prospects and generating leads.

- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Participating in sales team meetings.

Eligibility Criteria for Sales Officers:

- Age not more than 32 years.

- Minimum qualification Graduation/3 YEAR Diploma

- Budget Up to Rs 2.75- 3 Lakh

- Priority Immediate Joiners

- Preferred experience candidates 1 - 1.5 years

- Product is Loan (All Types of loan)

- Candidates have to Go on Field and Generate own Leads

Job Location - Ajmer, Bhilwara, Jhunjhunu, Kota, Sikar, Udaipur, Jaipur.

Process - Loan Sales

Age Bar - 35 Max

Experience:

 -  Worked for at least 1 year into Any Loan Sales Field | If they Have Experience in Banking Sector.                 

 - The more the experience the better

Shift Timings- 9:30 am To 6:30 pm

Week Offs - Sundays week off

Salary Package - 2.75LPA TO 3LPA

Incentives - Will be based on Performance

Fuel Allowance - Yes, it is 1500 per month for coming 3 months on 4 month it is based on employee performance.
