Routing and Switching protocol like BGP and STP,VTP.VLAN,WAN.
Working knowledge of NOC Monitoring Tools.
Remote monitoring & management of Network infrastructure providing Internet & Data Services at NOC support.
Basic Troubleshooting of LAN / WAN networks (MPLS, ISP, Data networking)
Basic knowledge of Router and switch configuration
Service Desk Operations (Tickets Creation, Support, and Management)
Need to focus on fast resolution of tickets within SLAs
Need to monitor and alert/log a ticket with service providers/vendors for outages/performance issues.
Need to coordinate with vendors/partners for fast resolution of reported issues.
Focus on Continuous Improvement of delivery
Focus on Customer (End-User) experience with quality checks.
Handling the support requests (by phone/email/ticketing system)
Basic Troubleshooting & Support
To carry out the scheduled activities / preventive maintenance
Carry out user management activities
Scheduling, configuring & verifying backup jobs
Proactively monitoring the alerts on tool and follow ITIL Incident Management process
Contribute to the internal knowledge management system
24*7 Work environment and 6 day working in a week.
