    Looking For Talent Acquisition Managers

    Objectives of this Role:

    - Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

    - Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent

    - Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up

    - Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies

    - Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

    Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:

    - Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications

    - Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for different business functions

    - Drive recruitment analytics across the organisation

    - Creating the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks & groups, employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement etc.

    - Develop assessment tools based on required skills for each role and organisation values (In line with the hiring need) to ensure hiring decision is majorly data driven

    - Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to joining.

    - Define and track the responsibilities of the team member which will be aligned to the individual's career goals and organisation's goals

    - Identify the strengths of the team members and assign the responsibilities accordingly

    - Communicate the expectations clearly and regularly address the gaps if any exists in expectations visa vis action plan of the team member

    - Establish the growth path and coach and mentor the team member to move to the next level in a defined time frame

    - Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business

    - Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation

    - Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships

    - Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

    Qualification And Experience:

    1. MBA in HR with 2-8years of Experience in Mass Talent Acquisition. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Female Preferred

    2. Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems

    3. Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc
