Office of the District Judge, Balasore invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Junior Clerk & Copyist, Stenographer Gr.-III and Junior Typist in the Judgeship of Balasore.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed at least +3 examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to +3 examination of a recognized University.
Candidates must have passed at least a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 42 years as on 07-08-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test, Computer Science Test followed by the viva voce test for the Junior Clerk and Copyist posts.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test in English, Shorthand and Typewriting test, followed by the Viva Voce Test for the Stenographer Grade-III and Junior Typist posts.

Pay Scale: Pay Level- 04 for Junior Clerk, and Junior Typist Posts
Pay Level- 07 for Stenographer Posts
