Northern Coalfields Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, A Government of India Undertaking invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Mining Sirdar T&S Gr. C’ and Surveyor (Mining) T&S Gr. B for regular deployment across different Mines/ Establishments of NCL in Singrauli District of Madhya Pradesh and Sonebhadra District of Uttar Pradesh.

Mining Sirdar: 254 Vacancies
Surveyor: 05 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

Mining Sirdar Posts: The candidate must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent Examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
OR
Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering from any recognized Institute.

Dy. Surveyor Posts: The candidate must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent Examination from any recognized Board of Examination.
Or,
Degree or Diploma in Mining/ Mine Surveying Engineering from any recognized Institute.    

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 05-08-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a computer-based test.

Probation Period: 06 Months

Basic Pay: Rs.47330.25 for Mining Sirdar Posts
Rs.51103.12 for Surveyor Posts

Application Fee: Rs.1180/- for Unreserved/ OBC- Non Creamy Layer/ EWS category candidates
SC/ ST/ ESM/ PwBD/ Departmental Candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
