At Careerera, we strive to ensure that every learner has a rewarding and valuable experience while exploring and enrolling in our programmes. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for all our training offerings.
By enrolling in any Careerera programme, you agree to this Refund Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. General Refund Conditions

Refund requests must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. Careerera reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion based on compliance with these terms. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds for programmes offered in collaboration with partner universities or institutions are governed by the respective institution’s refund policy applicable at the time of enrolment.

Careerera acts as a facilitator for such programmes and does not independently determine refund eligibility in these cases. Learners are advised to review the specific refund terms of the respective institution prior to enrolment.

2. Cancellation Before Programme Start

  • Learners may request cancellation before the programme commencement date
  • Eligibility for refund will depend on the specific institution/programme terms and administrative deductions (if applicable)

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Application or registration charges
  • Exam vouchers or third-party certification fees once issued
  • Downloaded or accessed proprietary content beyond the allowed limit

4. Rescheduling and Substitution

  • Careerera reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances
  • In such cases, learners may:

- Opt for rescheduling to a future batch, or
- Request a refund (if applicable under policy)

5. Refund Process

Refund requests can be initiated by:

  • Contacting our support team at support@careerera.com.
  • Submitting a request through your learner dashboard (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.

6. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate or excess payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days upon verification.

7. No Show / Partial Attendance

  • No refunds will be provided for failure to attend scheduled sessions
  • Partial attendance or inactivity does not qualify for refunds unless covered under the eligibility criteria

8. Policy Updates

Careerera reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
