Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (also known as CERT-In or ICERT), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, was established in 2004. CERT-In has been designated to serve as the National agency to perform various functions in the area of cyber security, as per the Information Technology (IT) Amendment Act 2008.

Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Scientist-‘B’, equivalent to Group-‘A’ positions.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Candidates must possess valid GATE score (i.e. GATE 2024 or 2025 or 2026)

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 17-08-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted for interview/interaction, on the basis of GATE Score.
