Eligibility Criteria:

Junior Assistant Posts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with 55% marks from any recognized institution/ university.
OR
Three (03) years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology with 55% marks and two (02) years' experience.

Desirable: Candidates must have experience in a residential educational Institution.

Junior Technician Posts: Candidates must possess Diploma (minimum 55% marks) in relevant Engineering (Civil/Electrical) of 3 years duration from a recognized Polytechnic/ Institute.
And
5 years of relevant experience in relevant work in any large residential campus.
And
Knowledge of computer office applications.

Desirable: Experience in maintaining Civil/Electrical Infrastructure of a large residential Campus of an educational institute or Industry of repute.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 06-08-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The final selection will be on the basis of performance of the shortlisted candidates in recruitment test(s) viz. Written test and Trade test/ Computer Proficiency test, as per Recruitment Rules of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad.
