Job Description :

Tripura Public Service Commission, Agartala invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Senior Informatics Officer in Group-A, under the Department of Industries and Commerce.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering/ Technology (BE/B.Tech.) in Computer Science or IT from any recognized Institute.
Or
Candidates must possess a 1st Class Degree in Master of Computer Application (MCA).
(ii) At least 2 years of experience in the field of software development and network after accruing the above degree.
(iii) Desirable Qualification: Candidates must have knowledge in Bengali or Kokborok.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as on 17-12-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a Written Examination of 170 marks and an Interview/ Personality Test of 30 marks.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 14

Application Fees: Rs.400/- for General categories.
Rs.350/- for SC/ ST BPL card holders/ Physically Handicapped Candidates.
PwBD and Female candidates are exempted from payment of any application fees.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
