Tripura Public Service Commission Agartala invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Fishery Officer, TFFS, Grade-I, Group-B Gazetted under the Department of Fisheries, Government of Tripura.

Fishery Officer: 53 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a minimum four years degree of Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc) from recognized University/Institution and as amended from time to time.

A permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) would be required for the post in case of direct recruitment as per provisions of the Notification.

Desirable Qualification:
i)Knowledge in Bengali or Kokborok language.
ii) Knowledge of the Aqua-climatic condition of Tripura.
iii) Knowledge in Computer Applications.
iv) Studied from an affiliated Institution.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as on 15-02-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination of 180 marks followed by the interview/ personality test of 20 marks.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 13

Application Fee: Rs.350/- for General category candidates.
Rs.250/- for ST/ SC/ BPL card holders/ Physically Handicapped category candidates.
